Cancellation Policy

If a guest wishes to cancel their booking this must be done well in advance of their booking and no less than 72hrs before the date of arrival. If a guest was to cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival then they will be charged the full amount of their booking.

House Rules

- All guests must provide a passport or current Australian driver’s licence with a valid credit card on arrival. Proof of age cards are not accepted. - Check in is from 14:00 (2pm) and not before, any guests checking in after 20:00 (8pm) will be charged a late check in fee of $20 per room (if they have multiple rooms). - Check out is no later than 10am. If a guest is to check out later than 10am then a $35 late checkout fee will apply. - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must be staying in a private or family room. - Any guest over the age of 35 must book a private room - No exceptions. - A $20 service charge is applicable on any none emergency requests after 8pm (ie ringing the door bell as the guest has locked themselves out of their room). - Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. - We have zero tollerance to any illegal substances. If any guests are found to be using or selling illegal substacnes then they will be asked to leave immediately with no refund on their accommodation. - No partying and alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises after 22:00 (10pm).
